  4. Remove this foam with a spoon and divide it among the serving cups, then return the pot to the heat again and continue stirring for a few minutes.
  5. Pour the drink into the cup at an angle so that the liquid runs down the wall of the cup and not directly to the bottom to maintain foam.

  1. Prepare a coffee cream consisting of whipped sugar, egg whites and cornflour and leave it in the refrigerator.
  2. Place the number of cups of water you want, depending on the individual, and with each cup a tablespoon of espresso over medium heat.
