First: Definitions
In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms have the meanings indicated.
"The site" or "we" or "us" or "our" refers to the website or (web application): www.eitara.com.
“Marketer” refers to every natural or legal person who acts as an intermediary between the seller and the buyer, in exchange for the commission stipulated in this policy.
“Seller” refers to the Eitara.com store, which offers its owned products for sale through the website www.eitara.com.
“Buyer” refers to every natural or legal person or his legal agent, who wishes to purchase the products offered for sale by Atara.com Store.
“Affiliate Marketing” refers to the affiliate marketing program of the site that is the subject of this policy.
Second: The affiliate marketing process
(1) The site grants marketers commissions for every sale made through them through the site.
(2) The role of the marketer is to communicate directly between him, the site, and the buyer and direct the buyer to make the purchase from the site
Third: Join the affiliate marketing program
(1) The marketer must have all legal powers to enter into this agreement with us, and must hold all government licenses necessary to practice his profession, and we have the right to demand these documents from him at any time. Without any responsibility on the part of the site for its violation of the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
(2) The marketer acknowledges that he has the full legal capacity necessary to enter into mediation operations and conduct business, which means that the marketer’s age must not be less than 18 years.
(3) The marketer must review and accept the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the site “the Agreement” in addition to accepting this policy.
(4) The marketer must fill out a complete and accurate application that contains all your personal data and payment information.
(5) You must update your personal page on the platform periodically whenever there is any change.
(6) The site has the right to refuse or cancel any order made by the marketer without any claim to the marketer of a right to the commission for this order.
(7) The commission system is a free system and enables members participating in this system to earn revenues and a suitable income by placing a link or several links on their sites, such as an advertisement for Atara Store.com, or using a discount coupon for the member to give to his customers, or as a description of the products. Any sales made through clicking on these links or using this coupon are calculated directly and automatically in the commission system.
(8) Each subscriber (marketer) is given a link + a discount coupon at the Atara.com store to help him attract customers.
(9) A special link is sent to the marketer to follow up on his sales report and the status of his orders
(10) The marketer is billed monthly based on the site’s reports and on the orders received only (completed and delivered to the customer)
(11) The marketer is billed monthly after a full month has passed since his orders have been fully updated within a period of 30 days (example: the sales commission for the first month, January, is paid for the end of the second month, February), that is, after a full month has passed since the orders.
Note that the minimum payment is for the marketer’s balance to reach 300 riyals.
(12) Profits are transferred to the marketer via a bank transfer exclusively according to the IBAN entered by the marketer. This transfer takes place monthly at the end of each Gregorian month and with the total orders for the previous month, noting that the minimum payment is for the marketer’s balance to reach 300 riyals.
Fourth: Commissions
(1) The marketer is entitled to a commission of 10% of the value of each completed sale.
(2) The marketer receives the commission due to him if the sale becomes final
Irreversible (order status has been delivered or completed) only, and the broker is obligated to refund the commission if the sale is canceled for any reason.
(3) The commission to which the marketer is entitled includes all government taxes, value-added tax, and any other government fees imposed on brokerage operations.
(4) Commissions are paid to a marketer monthly at the end of each calendar month for the previous month so that the status of orders is final and not subject to modification, through our approved payment methods:
• Bank transfer to the marketer’s account registered with the site.
(5) The site reserves the right to recalculate the commissions paid to the marketer, and the marketer is obligated to return any excess commissions he may have obtained from the site.
(6) The marketer’s acceptance of the commission paid to him by the site is considered a final acceptance of his dues and a final settlement of his balance for the sale, and he has no right to dispute it with us later.
(7) If the marketer objects to the commission that was paid to him, he must object within 24 hours from the time the dues are transferred to him, stating the reasons for the objection. In this case, the site will review the sales operations and match them with the commissions that were previously paid to the marketer.
(8) The disbursement of commissions to marketers may be delayed for the purposes of investigating transactions, confirming sales, or for the purposes of the cancellation policy or return policy stipulated in the terms and conditions.
(9) The site may not pay the commission to the marketer if we confirm that the mediation process was illegal, based on fraud or fraud, violates our terms and conditions, or violates the provisions of this policy.
(10) The marketer undertakes to refund any amounts paid to him based on fraudulent or forged transactions, in addition to compensating us for all costs, losses and damages that we suffered as a result of these illegal transactions.
(11) The Marketer shall be solely responsible for paying all taxes, fees and any other amounts payable locally or externally (if any) to any tax authority, administration or other competent authority as a result of compensation arising under this agreement.
Fifth: Conditions for the marketing process
The marketer must commit to good faith in the marketing process, and not commit any actions that would deceive or deceive either party, the seller or the buyer.
The marketer is obligated not to promote the site and its products through suspicious sites or false or misleading advertisements or that directly or indirectly affect the will of the buyer.
The marketer is obligated not to use the name of our organization, our website, our electronic application, or any of our logos in marketing operations, or to indicate, directly or indirectly, that he represents us. The marketer must represent himself only, and act as an intermediary in accordance with the applicable regulations.
It is prohibited to promote the site and its products through (intrusive advertisements, pop-ups or spam messages) or to place our site or application or any of our logos in these messages or these advertisements.
The marketer is prohibited from using any fraudulent or law-breaking methods in the marketing process for the site and its products.
The marketer is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the information of sellers and buyers and all their contact information, and not to misuse that information in any way, and he will be legally responsible against them if that information is exploited without obtaining their personal consent.
The marketer is prohibited from concluding sales through the site outside the framework applicable on the site or for his own account or for the account of any other sites or applications, and we have the right to take all legal measures against him in the event that he violates this.
All customers who have made a purchase will be verified by the marketer and the commission will be automatically added to your marketing account when the order status becomes “complete” (delivered).
The marketer is not required to make a purchase from the Atara.com store. Registration is available for free
The site does not support network or pyramid marketing and does not promote them in any way.
The commission will be earned by the marketer only.
The commission percentage is calculated based on the package* that the marketer has at the time of executing the request from the customer.
The commission is calculated from the total number of products and does not include shipping prices and cash upon delivery fees.
The customer has the right to withdraw marketing profits at the end of each calendar month on the previous month, as was explained in the previous definition, that is, after a full month has passed, in order to know the status of the orders once and for all.
Your use of an affiliate marketing system means your agreement to the terms of the Atara.com store and the privacy policy.
The management of the Atara.com store has the right to permanently disable or delete any account (if it is repeated) along with the profits in the event that it is proven that there are fraudulent methods or that it violates the previous conditions or in the method of marketing the site repeatedly. He is not entitled to demand any sums of money.

Customers who purchase products through this program are our customers with respect to all activities they undertake in connection with the Atara.com website. Sixth: Duration and termination
(1) This agreement shall be binding on the marketer as soon as the affiliate marketing request is submitted through the site or the link, but this agreement shall not be binding or enter into force with respect to us unless we approve the request.
(2) Either party has the right to terminate the Agreement immediately without prior notice.
(3) If the marketer terminates this agreement, his financial accounts with us will be liquidated after deducting any dues from him and transferring them to him within 60 days from the date of his termination of the agreement.
(4) If the termination of this agreement is approved, his account will be liquidated after deducting any dues and transferring the amounts due to him within 30 days from the date of termination.
Seventh: Amendments
We have the right at any time to modify any terms of this policy, and if you do not wish to continue with us, you must not use the site or enter into mediation operations through the site.
Eighth: The law must be applied and the judicial authority must apply
(1) This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
(2) Regardless of where you access the site from, you agree that any legal action arising from or relating to these terms and conditions must be filed and decided only before the courts located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and this is your final, irrevocable and irrevocable consent. There is no limitation or requirement on the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of these courts in respect of any suit or proceeding arising out of these terms and conditions.
